Erin graduated with a First Class Honours in Theatre Design from Nottingham Trent University and now works as a freelance Theatre Designer and Artist. With over 10 years experience in the industry Erin has worked at Nottingham Playhouse, Sheffield Crucible, The Lakeside Arts Centre and as Designer for The Starring Lincoln Theatre Company in Lincoln Cathedral, other companies include, Kit Theatre, Egg Box Theatre Company, ARCADE, Ditto Theatre Company, WinterWalker and Red Earth Theatre Company. Her varied experience working on large scale community projects, scenic painting, puppet making, workshop facilitating, and designing for various touring shows has enabled her to adapt her craft to take into educational and non theatre spaces, producing high quality and accessible theatre for diverse audiences and communities, with a keen interest in exploring design for young people. Erin is passionate about promoting greener ways of working within the industry and is well versed in the Green book as both a maker and designer. She is carbon literate and has made pledged to work in a more sustainable way where possible.
